BEHIND TACO LOCO
Sanjay Pandey, our owner and operator, brings years of hospitality experience from cities like Miami, Los Angeles, London and Vancouver. After making Kitsilano home, he wanted to create a place with a bold Latin American spirit and a true neighbourhood vibe.
Alongside him is Chef Quang Dang, a longtime Vancouver chef whose experience includes some of the city's renowned kitchens. His culinary creativity helped bring Taco Loco's unique and elevated taco menu to life.
